Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel any lessons if safety of students are at risk at anytime.

All 5 lessons must be completed prior to the end of season 28th February 2025.

All students must confirm attendance at lesson no less than 24 hours prior to lesson start time. (This is to ensure our ratios are kept in line with water safety standards.)

If at conclusion of the season not all 5 lessons have been undertook no refund or further lessons will be given to student.

Any further lessons after conclusion date will be required to be purchased.

All waivers must be signed and accepted before lessons can be commenced.

Cancellation Policy

Any lesson cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of lesson start time will be voided and removed from purchased lessons.

No refunds will be provided for missed lessons or programme cancellations.

If more then 6 weeks of the season is cancelled from PIPI SURF Aotearoa we will provide lesson credits for remaining lessons to be used in the following season. (a lesson credit is a 90 minute group lesson).

Any season or full programme cancellations students will receive lesson/programme credits for the following season.
